My interest in photography was sparked as a kid visiting the Kruger Park, and not being able to describe what I saw in a thousand words – I realized it was something only an image can capture.
In 2008 I decided to professionally follow my passion of photography – It has been an outlet of creativity in my life. Capturing stories and content for clients throughout Southern Africa, I have photographed weddings in the beautiful Macaneta Island in Mozambique, to a farm style outdoor wedding in Bronkhorstpruit, to the Upmarket Venues in Gauteng, such as Oakfield Farm, Memoire, Avianto, Summer Place, Thaba Ya Batswana, Engedi, Makiti, Moon&Sixpense, The Fairways Hotel and many more.
The whole process of experiencing all the emotions associated with what I’m capturing that has a certain kind of magic associated with it. I want you to be able to look back at your images in 5, 10 or 20 year’s time and be captured in that moment in time that you are immersed in. Hopefully it will bring a smile to your face, or even a tear. Emotion is a wonderful thing and as humans, the emotions we express are fleeting, but an image of that emotion lasts a lifetime.
